Processing Time

All orders are processed within 1 to 2 business days (excluding weekends and holidays) after receiving payment.

You will receive a confirmation email with a tracking number once your order has been dispatched.

Shipping Costs

Shipping costs are calculated at checkout, and the rates may vary depending on the total order value and ongoing promotional offers. Free shipping is available for orders over $70 (before taxes).

Final shipping charges will be calculated and displayed during checkout.

Delivery Times

For orders within continental North America, delivery times typically range from 2 to 7 business days after our processing time.

Please note that delivery times may vary depending on your location and external factors such as carrier delays or customs processing.

International Shipping

For orders outside of continental North America, please email us at info@hiquaapparel.com to verify if we can ship to your location.

If our support team confirms that shipping is available to your country, your package will be delivered within 2 to 8 weeks. Please note that customers are responsible for any customs duties, taxes, or additional fees that may occur during the shipping process.
